Chi Kong Warmup – Anti-stiffness suggestion



  1. Thanks so much Shira, I’ve been looking for a sample of Chi Gong (Kong?), and I’m glad you shared your warmup which will very valuable for me for another form of wellness help on my journey with FMS,CFS, etc…

    (I only wish the volume of the video was a little stronger.)
