destressing for me = keeping good lists (I use the Remember the Milk website which I can access online and via my phone); keep a calendar that my husband and daughter can also access and I can access online and via my phone; email myself if I am out somewhere or at work and think of something I need to remember; journal every night; knitting is a huge destresser for me

Those are great methods. I also try to keep lists but the only ones i manage to follow are the ones that are scribbled on the top of my hand. and those disappear after every shower.
by the way, I’m sorry I didn’t answer all your comments. I’ve been away from my blog for a couple of weeks and didn’t get to see them till today.
